GSEA와 ssGSEA
ssGSEA는 GSEA와 다르게 각각의 sample과 geneset간의 enrichment score를 계산해 준다는 것이 특징 (GSEA는 샘플 그룹별 enrichment score계산한다).
근데, 궁금한 점이 생김. 알게되면 정리하겠음
원래 GESA에서는 두 그룹비교니까, gene별 가중치 줄 때 fold change로 ranking매겨서 줬는데… ssGSEA는 ranking을 샘플별로 매기나???? 샘플별로 나오는 ES (enrichment score)가 샘플 간 비교가 가능한 값인가?
